The Board of Governors meets annually to approve the Work Plan and to set policy direction. The Secretary of the State Resources Agency chairs the Board of Governors which comprises the top officials from the 18 state and federal partner agencies as well as the chair of the Science Advisory Panel, who serves as an ex-officio member.
