The Wetlands Recovery Project’s Work Plan contains proposed preservation/ acquisition, restoration, and enhancement projects that will accomplish the goals and objectives identified in the Regional Strategy 2018. Work Plan projects have been vetted by the member agencies that comprise the Wetland Managers Group and ultimately adopted by the Directors Group at an annual meeting. The adopted Work Plan is a valuable tool for communicating regional priorities and funding needs, and for facilitating WRP partner agency collaboration. Being listed in the Work Plan does not necessarily guarantee project funding or permitting.
