This workshop was held on
July 28, 2005 in Oceanside and (1) examined the relationship between
the hydrologic regime (salt water, fresh
water, etc.) and mosquito species composition, distribution, and
abundance, (2) provided a comparison of vector control strategies
and associated costs, (3) examined strategies to protect endangered
species while protecting human health, and (4) discussed the San
Diego County experience and outlook.
